I have recently been made aware of some frustration that customers have had in their attempts to contact me. I placed my cell phone number on the site as I felt it was the best way to reach me easily. It turns out that most of my day is spent in a building where I have absolutely no reception. Technology is a wonderful thing...or so I've heard. I sincerely apologize to anyone that may have been impacted by that decision and I hope the following can resolve the issue.
